📣 EXTRA AERIAL BEGINNERS CLASS! 🤩 We have long waiting lists for our popular Aerial Beginners and Aerial BEG-INTER classes starting next week, so we're adding another class on Saturday mornings 10:45 - 12:45!

So if you missed out on an aerial class during the week or would like to try circus aerial apparatus for the first time, join us from Saturday 26 April for a term of fun. You'll learn skills on a range of aerial apparatus including trapeze, lyra, rope and silks.

🔺 NEW Short Course in Term 2! Pyramids & Group Balances 🔺
This joyful and collaborative short course is all about building shapes and trust with others through pyramids, counterbalances, and creative acro 🤝 A great way to keep your circus muscles strong, and your sense of community growing.

No experience needed—just a willingness to connect and have fun.

*This short course has an optional third session (on Sunday May 11, 5:00pm-7:00pm) in which you will create a short group act using your skills from the course to perform at the Women's Circus Scratch Night on May 18. If you'd like to do the performance, book the third session separately.

📅 Sundays 1:30pm – 3:30pm | 27 April and 4 May PLUS optional third session 5:00pm - 7:00pm | May 11 and performance May 18.

Term 2 starts next week 😱 and we have so many Tiny Tots classes on our timetable for ages 2-5yrs! These (extra cute) classes are a playful, imaginative space for little ones and their grown-ups to move, balance and explore circus together.

Through guided circus play, children build coordination, creativity and confidence—all while having fun! Book in today to secure your spot before they all fill up 😍

📣👶 Join our Bubs Club! Got a baby? Looking for a social outlet mixed with gentle exercise? Join Women's Circus on Tuesday mornings at 9:30am for a one hour Circus Fit Class! You'll take it at your own pace doing aerial and ground-based skills and drills, and build flexibility, strength and balance, all while bonding with your baby.

Importantly, you'll meet other parents with babies of a similar age and build invaluable socials connections in this very special time of life.

Chinese Pole is now on Friday nights all term long! 🤩 Split into two blocks, you can come for one or stay all term and learn from two amazing trainers, Tarn and Luca. You’ll explore climbs, slides, inversions and sequences on the Chinese pole, a fun and unique circus apparatus.

A full-body workout and a thrilling challenge, in a fun and inclusive space.

📅 Friday nights 2 May - 30 May with Tarn, and 6 June - 4 July with Luca
⏰ 6:30pm – 8:30pm
🔹 Prior skills: Some basic upper body strength is helpful but not essential!

Did you know we also have a Teen Chinese Pole class in Term 2? For the younger folk 13-17yrs on Saturdays 1pm-2:30pm, they will get to give this super fun and challenging circus skill a go, building physical confidence and making friends along the way!
