We’re on the lookout for a resourceful Development Manager to join the Women’s Circus family! You could join a team that celebrates the power of social circus, fosters community collaboration, and empowers individuals of marginalised genders.
The Development Manager will be responsible for the identification and cultivation of individual donors, developing strong relationships with donors and supporters of the circus, and increasing philanthropic support to meet Women’s Circus’s financial objectives. View full position description here.
Here’s the rundown:
Position: Development Manager
Location: Women’s Circus in Footscray (with remote flexibility)
Hours: Part-time (0.4 EFT, 2 days a week)
Remuneration: $71,136 pro-rata, plus Superannuation and all entitlements
Term: 12-month term – May 2024 to May 2025, with the possibility for renewal.
